Took the ‘lazy loop’, threw in 2 extra short steep hills, and turned a store ride into an aerobic workout. Wish I had gone half way down Bellemore and turned around like I thought about doing so it was over 10 miles, but it is what it is. 16.0 avg & 33.9 max with a messenger bag on my back and coasting to stoplights is pretty dang good for me. We all have our own little Everest to climb.
